1. Reach out to and bless the international community in the city.

2. Train local Christians to do what we've been doing.

3. Train the local Christians who have become leaders to train other local Christians.

(4. Trust the local body of Christ to carry on the good work, and leave it to them.)

Having started over 100 years ago, Alliance workers sent from the US have finished the process in Chile and moved on to other fields. Now, we have the joy and privelege of working together as equal partners with our Chilean brothers and sisters as we work together to bless Paraguay, and the nations God has brought to Parguay.
