June & July, 2019

Praises

• We have been steadily accomplishing everything that needs to get done in order to leave for Costa Rica on August 13. We have seen God answering our prayers as we get everything ready.

• We have been blessed to spend time with family and friends whom we normally don't get to see.

• God has blessed us through several people who are already in Costa Rica, who have been able to help us as we get ready to go. We are especially grateful for Kenneth and Linda, who have helped us connect with our future home and community, and Stephen's old roommate John, who will be providing us with a car while we are there!

Prayer Requests

• For Louisiana, as we prepare for a big storm this weekend. In particular, pray for our travel to Colorado, scheduled to leave from New Orleans on Monday.

• For effective completion of the remaining paperwork and preparations we need to do before we leave.

• For a great training experience at our pre-field orientation, and for the kids to have a great week with their grandparents while we are gone​.
